On-device reading history
In the planned initial release, reading history, favourites and some preferences are stored locally on the device. On Android, open Settings → Apps → Telve → Storage → Clear data (labels vary). On iOS, delete the app from the device. This can permanently remove local readings.
Purchases and subscriptions
Clearing local data or uninstalling the app does not cancel store subscriptions or necessarily remove store purchase records. Manage active subscriptions in Google Play or Apple account settings. Eligible purchases may be restorable through the app.
AI processing and potential improvement records
A cup image and reading context may be sent to a selected AI provider to fulfil a purchased reading. Whether de-identified images, readings or feedback are retained for quality improvement is not yet finalized. Before deployment, retention and deletion procedures for any collected records must be specified in the Privacy Policy.

Email hello@techtangle.site with the subject “Telve data request”. Explain the request and provide only the minimum information needed. We will explain what can be located or deleted once the final backend design is confirmed.
